CHECK IN BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH MOBILE CHECK-IN!

QUICK | SIMPLE | SECURE

As a patient, you want your doctor’s appointment to be as quick and convenient as possible. Phreesia, in partnership with Allergy & Asthma Associates of Maine , is excited to offer you the ability to complete the check-in process prior to your appointment.  

You will receive a text message and/or an email that contains a link to privately check in before your visit, making your arrival at the office fast and simple (That’s right—no more paper forms to complete in the
waiting room!).

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Prior to your appointment, you will receive a text message and/or email prompting you to check in

  • Text messages will contain a link that will automatically take you to your mobile check-in

  • Emails will contain your appointment information and a button that reads ‘Click here to start’

Once you have opened your mobile check-in, you will be prompted to verify your identity by answering a few security questions

  • This ensures that all information you enter is private and secure

After you begin your mobile check-in, you will be presented with a series of questions related to your health. You can also sign office policies and consents, if needed, and make a payment if a balance or copay is due.

Make sure you provide us with an up-to-date cell phone number and email address to streamline your arrival at the doctor’s office with Mobile Check-in.

  • Please arrive 15 minutes early.  If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your scheduled time, you may need to be rescheduled and incur a fee.

  • We send out several reminders for your appointment.  If you are unable to keep it, we require minimum of 24 hours’ notice to avoid a nonrefundable $75 cancellation fee.

  • A parent or legal guardian must accompany their child for the first appointment.

  • We ask that you please be mindful of others that are coming to our practice for care and not smoke or wear perfume/cologne prior to your visit.

  • Food of any kind is not allowed in the waiting area.

Testing can be expensive. Financial counseling is available by contact the billing department. Your provider will only order what is appropriate for your care.
