New Rules and Safety Protocols for Receiving Shots:

  • Adults must come alone unless assistance is needed.

  • Parents only bring the child scheduled for the visit and limit to one parent.

  • If you are required to have an epi pen while receiving shot, it is mandatory to show prior to shot.

  • If you have a rescue inhaler it is mandatory to show prior to receiving shot.

  • Patients required to take an anti-histamine prior to their allergy shot, must do so.

  • Please do not come early for your scheduled shot. We can only accommodate a limited number of patients in the office at a time. If you come early, you may be asked to stay in your car prior to entry to our office.

  • Surgical or homemade face coverings are required for entry into the building.

If you answer yes to any of the questions below, please do not schedule an appointment until you are symptom free for at least 3 days (72 hours) or have self-quarantined for 14 days and have not had any symptoms for at least 3 day.

Have you OR a close contact* been recently sick (<14 days) with one or the following symptoms?

  • Fever (>100.4 F or 38 C)

  • Cough

  • Shortness of breath/trouble breathing

  • Fatigue

  • Runny nose/sore throat/headache

  • Loss of smell and/or taste
